Tech Work Order


1. Go to Sherpa Desk 

2. Click Log In (located in the top right hand corner)
      • Username: Your Email       /     Password: Your password

3. Click Create New Ticket & Fill out the Following:
      • Class → Select Laptop Damage (drop down menu next to this - select student)
Insurance? →  Click Yes, No, or Not Sure
Subject Line → Type ALL of the following:
                DAMAGE - Last Name, First Name - Student’s ID # - Grade - Computer Asset #   

  4. Message Box → Describe exactly what is going on with your laptop. Be specific.

  5. Submit the ticket.
